After many years, finally the time has come to release our first album. Most of the songs present here were written between 2007/2008 when this project was still a one-man-band; after some line-up changes and various stops, we recently found the right stability to finally record them. What you hold in your hands represents what this band has been for the last ten years and is a sample for what is going to be.

Ganondorf Nulvi, Italy

Ganondorf was born in 2006 in Nulvi, Sardinia, as a one man band of Nicola Piras. In 2008 Giovanni Murgia started to play Guitar and Nicola focused more on the Drums. After some line up changes, in 2016/17, Matteo Usai, Riccardo Chessa and Zed joined the band to promote Ganondorf music through live shows. During summer 2018 Zed left the project for Alessandro Ventura, who became the singer. ... more

The first 30 seconds of "Revenge by Fire" convinced me to get the whole album! It is a face-melting blend of speed and black metal, reminiscent of Hellripper! KVAEN is a Swedish solo project much like Hellripper but many known guest musicians helped J. Björnfot in his endeavor. Altogether it is really a solid debut album, I loved the melodies and the pace changes in the second half too, ending with a "calm" instrumental one. Well-done!! sachavonkarl74

While Ofte jeg drømmer mig død will most likely always be my favourite Afsky album (being one ov my favourite albums in general), Om hundrede år ticks all the boxes I hoped it would: the calm and simultaneously depressing folk elements are there; the wailing screams of a forlorn spirit, forced to eternally wander the woods (apt comparison, deadpunk!); the harsh, bitterly cold guitar riffs and the ultimate realisation of life, death and our inevitable undoing. Exactly what I want. Recommended! David Fischer
